Information We Collect

When you join our waitlist as a player or venue, we collect your email address, first name, last name, and, for venues, your venue or company name. Using the app itself may involve additional profile and activity data, described at launch.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to manage our pre-launch waitlist, send confirmation and launch emails through Resend, and match players with partners and venues once Rally launches. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored in a Postgres database managed through Payload CMS, accessible only to authenticated Rally administrators. Waitlist submissions are rate-limited to protect against abuse.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@rally.app. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
